Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. A full refund will be issued within 30 days. However, you must cover the cost of returning the Products.

Returns

Products can only be returned if defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Returns must be properly packaged to avoid further damage. Fridaze reserves the right to assess the validity of any return claims.
