Only Registered Users and/or Guests (Guest Checkout) may purchase “Products” on the Website.
To register, you must provide a unique username and password along with certain personal details and/or information to Fridaze.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and agree to notify Fridaze immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or use.
By using the Website, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the supervision of your legal guardian or parent, who must also agree to be bound by these “Terms and Conditions.”

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Registered Users and Guests may place orders for “Products” as long as the items are in stock.
An agreement of sale is formed when payment is received and confirmed by Fridaze. If “Products” are out of stock, you will be notified, and any payments will be refunded.

Payment

All transactions are encrypted for your protection. Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, EFT, or Snapscan. Additional information may be required to verify payment.

Delivery of Goods

Purchased “Products” will be dispatched within 48 working hours of payment receipt.
Standard delivery times for South African addresses are 2-3 working days, while international deliveries may take 5-7 working days. For urgent deliveries, please contact us at hello@fridaze.co.za.
Customers are responsible for signing for deliveries and ensuring all customs duties are paid.

Returns and Refunds

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Name & Surname
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Description and photograph of the faulty product

Each return claim is subject to evaluation, and Fridaze reserves the right to accept or reject a return based on product condition and proof of purchase.
